Happiness Is Something That We All Wish For
Happiness is something we all desire. Too often, we find ourselves going through the motions of everyday life and not really enjoying ourselves. We blame our unhappiness on our jobs, our spouses, or not having enough money to buy the things we want. All these are just excuses. While any number of things can certainly contribute to one’s unhappiness, the only one that really controls how happy you are is you.
Smiling is good for you. Not only does it make you look friendlier, it reduces stress and improves your immune system. Smiling just might save your life someday.
Walking is good for you. It burns fat and makes you healthier. It makes your brain work better and keeps your heart in good shape. Walking keeps you healthy, and a healthy person is a happy person.
Eat more green stuff. Fruits and vegetables help us stay healthy. There’s a reason our parents told us to eat our vegetables when we were younger. Eating plant matter, while not being as satisfying as eating meat, will make you feel good and, in turn, increase your happiness.
When was the last time you curled up on the sofa with a nice book? In the technologically driven society we live in now, everyone turns to the TV as their primary source of entertainment. Reading, however, is much better for you. Many books are much more entertaining than your average everyday television show. Books help you expand your horizons and make you a better-rounded person.
Try hanging out with friends. Socializing can make you feel really good; you may not have to be around people to enjoy yourself, but that doesn’t mean you can’t have fun.
Volunteer at an old folks’ home or a day care. You can gain incredible insight from a conversation with an older person, and children always have a rejuvenating quality about them that does you good.
Being happy takes work, like anything else of value. Leading an active lifestyle and maintaining a positive attitude can go a long way. Live life like every day as your last and you will be sure to have a blast.

Keeping A Positive View In Life
People like to look at life in two different ways, positively or negatively. The hard part is normally how one views life, and that is what matters. Many guys like talking about looking at life through rosy spectacles, to say that one is always positive about life.
One would say am the more optimistic person because I like seeing things positively and harboring great hope that they would turn out perfectly for me every time, and I like giving this same advice to everyone else.
This is because I like to tell everyone to be more positive and to just, “take things positively until proven otherwise.” This works for me all the time and it has always been my mantra.
There is a saying that rings very true about self-fulfilling prophecy. It simply means that if you constantly view life as if a dark cloud is hanging over you, it will simply attract the nasty things to you.
As a man thinks in his mind, so is he, meaning that if you keep giving all your thoughts to fear of bad things happening to you, they will eventually come to pass. So the best thing is to look at life with a more optimistic view.
This does not mean that things will always work out best for you but even our very response when bad things have happen can dictate our circumstances in life.
You can either keep mourning over your past mistakes or decide to just take these things in your stride and look forward to a better tomorrow. Work hard towards positive change, never give up trying to get where you want to be. Keep on a positive outlook and things are bound to change sooner or later.
The power of your thoughts are real, so keep focusing on the positive things you want out of life and soon enough, you will see them coming to pass in your life. It is a sure way as well as a major step to achieving success in life.

Focusing Your Life On The Law Of Success
It is a basic law of success for people to take on the responsibility of planting the seed of success, within their own lives. This relates to the mental processes and the kind of thoughts they permit to overcome them. Every one can muster the determination with which to overcome fundamental fears that impede sound success. A key area, pretty much relevant to the economic reality of our day, is hereby highlighted.
Cause and effect: The cycle around many people is obvious. They take ill, being overworked while chasing money. Once that happens, they spend their wealth to fix their health condition. That health soon falters, as they run after the wealth again.
Many others have fallen victim to opinions or suggestions of physicians, who have made money out of their health condition. They fell more sick, overwhelmed by those negative suggestions than the power of that sickness itself. The image of that opinion ended up creating thoughts of fear that got them afflicted more than anything else.
Overcoming the fear of illness: While fear has an origin in heredity, it does also come through social influence. The human nature is, by heredity, a generator of the seed of fear. What life’s negative experiences does is to further propagate this seed of fear. The requirement of this law is for this seed to be removed and the mind set free.
4 weeks of enforcing success: Every one has, within themselves, the power to force their thoughts through the process of change. In just a matter of 4 weeks of focused action, you can destroy this fear in your life, and make it history. A repeated action of opposing such thoughts, and building hope for a better health, will release your potential for success.

Mind Power: Master Your Mind, Master Your Destiny
The first step to manifesting the good into your life with the Law of Attraction begins with learning to control your thoughts. Sow positive thoughts and you will reap the good while harboring negative thoughts will attract the negative in life.
Thinking about your fears and focusing on the negative is probably going to results in your fears being materialized. Cosmic energy is literal. It doesn’t understand “I don’t want”.
By the Law of Attraction, energy and vibration is translated into results. So if you’re giving out more negative energy and vibrations than positive ones, you’re going to attract the unpleasant events into your life.
Training your mind to concentrate on the positive instead of the negative is a necessary, but often difficult process. People are worriers.
It is human nature to remember and avoid the dangers of life. However, being aware of our fears and letting them control our thoughts are two different things. The key here is to turn the negative fears into positive thoughts.
We are the masters of our mind and thoughts. You have the choice to determine the type of thoughts you wish to keep in your mind. Your thoughts are yours.
Learning to control your thoughts can be done by learning to control your will. By mastering yourself. Phrases like “I am master of my self” can lead you in the right direction.
Repeating these or similar words, and believing them, will make them real. When confronted with fears and doubts, remembering to “master” your thoughts keeps the positive energy flowing. Leaving no room for the negative energy to manifest.

Love, Peace, and Joy and The Law of Attraction Energy
I spent the past week of my life dealing with the necessities of my father’s funeral and burial. He died a week ago Monday, and I mention him because he was without a doubt the most positive manifesting person I knew. And he never saw The Secret or read philosophy. I was with him by his side the last day and a half of his life. I held his hand. He did not want me to let it go. And it was both the most heartbreaking and the most beautiful time of my life- as I have never felt so much love in a room as I felt that day.
My father spent most of his life singing, dancing, and telling jokes. He lived in what I will call the happy zone, and for the most part life was a gift he opened with zest. So when I speak of how to access the law of attraction energy, I am speaking in some ways about my father, a great role model for me.
