While any number of things can certainly contribute to one&#8217;s unhappiness, the only one that really controls how happy you are is you.</p>
<p>Smiling is good for you. Not only does it make you look friendlier, it reduces stress and improves your immune system. Smiling just might save your life someday.</p>
<p>Walking is good for you. It burns fat and makes you healthier. It makes your brain work better and keeps your heart in good shape. Walking keeps you healthy, and a healthy person is a happy person.</p>
<p>Eat more green stuff. Fruits and vegetables help us stay healthy. There&#8217;s a reason our parents told us to eat our vegetables when we were younger. Eating plant matter, while not being as satisfying as eating meat, will make you feel good and, in turn, increase your happiness.</p>
<p>When was the last time you curled up on the sofa with a nice book? In the technologically driven society we live in now, everyone turns to the TV as their primary source of entertainment. Reading, however, is much better for you. Many books are much more entertaining than your average everyday television show. Books help you expand your horizons and make you a better-rounded person.</p>
<p>Try hanging out with friends. Socializing can make you feel really good; you may not have to be around people to enjoy yourself, but that doesn&#8217;t mean you can&#8217;t have fun.</p>
<p>Volunteer at an old folks&#8217; home or a day care. You can gain incredible insight from a conversation with an older person, and children always have a rejuvenating quality about them that does you good.</p>
<p>Being happy takes work, like anything else of value. Leading an active lifestyle and maintaining a positive attitude can go a long way. Live life like every day as your last and you will be sure to have a blast.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>&#8216;Reiki&#8217; is an ancient Tibetan method to access &#8216;Universal Life Force Energy&#8217; or the infinite energy from the cosmos in order to apply it in the palm healing process. Reiki Training teaches one to unearth and control energy and to direct it towards healing purposes through their palms.</p>
<p>Reiki training is the process where a highly experienced Reiki master trains other potential practitioners in this art of palm healing. It must be noted that Reiki training does not take place in the normal classroom approach, rather the abilities are transferred from the master to the recipients through the former&#8217;s palms similar to a healing process.</p>
<p>Reiki Attunement is the term given to Reiki Training &#8211; the process through which one becomes a reiki practitioner. Energy&#8217;s are attuned into the student from the Reiki Master. Attunement gives one the power to easily access Universal Life Force Energy and channelize the same through the palms in orer to heal others. It is the core of Reiki Training.</p>
<p>Reiki training or attunement process is undertaken in three degrees or levels. In the first degree, the recipient is trained on how to access the universal energy and basic hand positions for bringing on relaxation and healing. In the second level, the recipient learns various Reiki symbols which empowers the palm healing process and thus is able to heal people over time and space.</p>
<p>In the final degree of Reiki training, the recipients are much experienced and gain control over one or more Reiki symbols. Having going through all the three levels, they now become masters themselves with the ability of undertaking Reiki trainings for others not initiated in the art.</p>
<p>Ritualistically, Reiki Training is divided into two segments. The first in which, the student sits in front of the Reiki Master, while the Master procures divine energy through his left palm, gesturing special Reiki symbols on the head of the recipient with his right hand focusing and meditating deeply all this while. This process requires profound concentration.</p>
<p>In the second half of this procedure, The Reiki Master comes to the front of the Student. This time he concentrates over the 3rd eye region and the recipient&#8217;s palms drawing symbols over these areas along with stroking, tapping and chanting continuously. Yet again, he draws great powerful and advanced Reiki symbols over the Student&#8217;s palms, deeply focusing and meditating all the time.</p>
<p>The Reiki Master then visualizes the &#8216;Master Violet&#8217; symbol in his left and right palms and transfers it into the recipient&#8217;s right and left palms respectively, by stroking and tapping all the while. Then he imagines &#8216;Master Violet&#8217; in-between both the palms of the Recipient and brings them together by joining them. The Master virtually transfers his power and skill and finally bows down to the Recipient, humbly distinguishing his newly acquired powers. The recipient&#8217;s Reiki Training is now complete and he is now a an adept practitioner of Reiki with the power to heal others.</p>

Many guys like talking about looking at life through rosy spectacles, to say that one is always positive about life.</p>
<p>One would say am the more optimistic person because I like seeing things positively and harboring great hope that they would turn out perfectly for me every time, and I like giving this same advice to everyone else.</p>
<p>This is because I like to tell everyone to be more positive and to just, &#8220;take things positively until proven otherwise.&#8221; This works for me all the time and it has always been my mantra.</p>
<p>There is a saying that rings very true about self-fulfilling prophecy. It simply means that if you constantly view life as if a dark cloud is hanging over you, it will simply attract the nasty things to you.</p>
<p>As a man thinks in his mind, so is he, meaning that if you keep giving all your thoughts to fear of bad things happening to you, they will eventually come to pass. So the best thing is to look at life with a more optimistic view.</p>
